You can currently download the latest beta of PowerShell Plus which is 3.1. When you download the beta and provide feedback you will be entered in the Netbook drawing. Idera PowerShell is a great tool if you are looking for an editor that goes above and beyond what Microsoft offers. The editor has a great interactive console, script editor, and comprehensive learning center. They also have a great collection of free scripts that will allow you to see the power behind PowerShell.
