RDP Management Program

Well I just found another one of those programs that I can’t believe I have not been using up until this point. The program that I am talking about is called Terminals. This program is used to manage multiple RDP connections that you use. Personally this program is going to be a life saver because I connect to several servers by IP address that I am only aware of. I have included a couple links below so you can try the program out for yourself. I don’t think you will be pleasantly surprised and will probably wonder how you lived without it.

Monitor Spanning

One of the little know facts about the latest terminal service client 6.0 is that you can do monitor spanning.  This allows you to stretch your server desktop across multiple monitors.  This can come in very handy when you are trouble shooting a server problem and would like to have several windows open at the same time.  There are a couple of things that you have to take into consideration.  The first is that both monitors must be set to the same resolution and also must be set under 4096 x 2048 pixels.  The second thing is that the monitors have to be aligned side-by-side.
