Microsoft has officially posted the download for Powershell 2.0 on their site. It is included with the Windows Management Framework. The Windows Management Framework also includes WinRM 2.0 and BITS 4.0. The biggest part of this release is that you can now remotely manage Server 2008 R2, Server 2008, Server 2003, Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP through Powershell remoting feature.
