Benjamin Burrows and the UBCD4WIN team does an amazing job that sometimes gets overlooked.  Ben recently did a podcast interview with www.podnutz.com.  Ben does a great job of answering allot of questions about the project.  I am fairly familiar with the project and still learned allot about it.  Its amazing how it started and has continued to evolve into the the great tool it is today.  I don’t think there is a week that goes by that I don’t introduce somebody new to the project.  I usually get an email back saying they do not know how they would have survived without it.  If you get a chance stop by and thank Ben and the team for all there hard work and dedication.  Please help spread the word about this great project.

Majestic-12Majestic-12 continues to make huge strides.  Today the project released its new index over at www.majesticseo.com that now contains over 539 billion URLs.  Alex has also been working very hard on getting the project users partial ownership in the project.  He has transferred 20% of the company to the people running the distributed client.  Not enough can be said about Alex for following through with this promise.  There are still some additional details to work out over the next couple of weeks.   The detailed announcement can be read by following the link below.  So please stop over and visit the project website to learn all about it.  Anything you can do to help the project out would be appreciated.  The more people that we have crawling data the quicker we will reach our goals of having a community owned search engine that ranks with the best.  It is also a great opportunity to meet some great people around the world.
